I've always had a little but of a gypsy soul, and I've been fortunate to have a career that let's me travel almost constantly. I grew up reading about far off destinations and exotic places, but we didn't really travel much when I was a kid. As soon as I was old enough, I set out on any possible road trip I could take. It wasn't until I was 27 years old that I took my first flight on a commercial airplane! I was never the type to enjoy sitting in one place long, and our trips are usually a chaotic schedule of attempting to see and experience as much as possible. I prefer to dive right in to the local culture and experience what they experience, so what they do and eat what they eat. Someone once told me "to make every location a destination" and travel will never get old. So far on this journey, I've visited all 50 states, 46 countries and territories, and 7 Canadian Provinces. One day, my goal is to step foot in every country of the world.
